Run by Will and Kayla
This is a family operation. Will runs the truck and the shop work; Kayla keeps the business side moving. There's no dispatch tower, no script, and no hold music — the person who answers is the person who shows up.
We know that nobody plans to need a tow. Most of our calls come from people having a rough day: a car that quit on Wade Hampton, a wreck on the interstate, a truck that won't start before a shift. Our job is to take that weight off you as quickly and calmly as we can.
That means straight answers about timing, careful handling of your vehicle, and treating you the way we'd want our own family treated on the side of the road.
