Service requests
We collect the contact details, vehicle information, location, description and optional photos you submit to review your request and coordinate service. Location sharing is optional; you can enter an address or landmark instead.
Contact preferences
Submitting a request allows Carry Your Cross to contact you about that request. Your preferred contact method is shared with the owner. Text updates require your consent and a connected texting service. We do not use request consent for marketing.
Access and status links
Service requests are accessible to authorized staff. Your private status link displays updates about your request; anyone you share that link with can view those updates, so keep it private.
Questions or corrections
Contact the business using the number on this website if you need to correct your request or ask about your information. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the form.
